Coronavirus Update
Dear RADfertility Patient,
As we monitor daily developments related to the spread and risks of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), our priority at RADfertility always remains the health and safety of our patients and staff. To comply with guidance from CDC, WHO, and local public health authorities we are implementing and enhancing our screening policies and precautions. Safety requirements and precautions that are relevant to your RADfertility care are being supervised and reviewed regularly by your physicians and our Executive Committee.
1. Call us first if you have a cold, cough, and/or fever BEFORE coming in to a RADfertility office.
2. If a loved one is sick, please DO NOT bring them with you to your appointment.
3. Call us first if you have been exposed to anyone in the past 14 days who is ill with a fever, cough, cold symptoms, or flu. This will allow us to make proper preparations ahead of your visit and/or to determine if your visit needs to be rescheduled.
4. We are required to postpone office visits and treatment for any patient who has traveled to, from, or through mainland China, Italy, Iran, Japan, or South Korea within the past 15 days. This includes traveling on connecting flights through these areas or coming into contact with people who have traveled to, from or through these countries. The CDC characterizes contact with an individual as coming within six feet (two meters) of a person.
5. We are required to postpone office visits and treatment for any person who within the past 15 days has had contact with, or helped care for, anyone suspected or diagnosed as having COVID-19, or who are currently subject to health monitoring for possible exposure to COVID-19.
For more information, please go to the CDC website: www.cdc.gov/coronavirus.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to notify RADfertility if anything has changed.
