Come Join Team ‘RAD Remembers’ at The Delaware TEARS Foundation’s 4th Annual Rock & Walk For Babies

On Saturday, September 18th, RADfertility will join The TEARS Foundation for Delaware’s 4th Annual Rock & Walk for Babies at Caravel Academy!

The Delaware Chapter of The TEARS Foundation was founded by a group of parents that met in Christiana Care’s Loving Arms Parent Support Group. After experiencing the loss of their babies and meeting in this group, they decided they wanted to turn their heartache into healing. While they each had different experiences, what drew them together was their desire to honor the lives of their babies and show others the same kindness that they were shown in the community. This mission of “paying it forward” led to The Delaware Chapter of the TEARS Foundation.

The organization seeks to lift the financial and emotional burden of bereaved families and is committed to helping them honor the life of their child. The Rock & Walk for Babies will help raise awareness about pregnancy and infant loss by bringing the community together to support these families. This special day will begin by recognizing the names of those we walk in honor of. Opportunities to walk memorial laps around the track and rock in rocking chairs symbolizing love and support for embraced families will follow. This is a family friendly event that will include a raffle, light refreshments, and many other uplifting activities.

We have been so proud to support this uplifting event over the past 4 years to raise awareness about pregnancy and infant loss while honoring all of the babies that left us too soon. We invite you to join our team “RAD Remembers” for this day of remembrance and celebration so that we may help families in Delaware honor the life of their child.
